You will join the Lisboa agency and the Procurement & Real Estate team to take care of the Office Management. Your main missions will be as follows:
Happy at work:
Cultivate a pleasant working environment by ensuring that it is welcoming;
Be the main point of contact to respond to employees' requests about daily life in the office;
Strengthen cohesion by organizing events and team building;
Participate in the onboarding of new employees (badges, equipment);
Support employees in managing their business travel;
Welcome visitors to the agency (candidates, consultants, service providers).
Site management:
Ensure the maintenance of the premises (maintenance, renovations, technical visits) in collaboration with the Facility Manager;
Resolve incidents related to the premises (electrical problems, plumbing, etc.);
Manage inventories (supplies, equipment) with various suppliers;
Manage the local IT inventory, allocations and returns in collaboration with the IT department;
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, in collaboration with Purchasing department;
Monitor the budget and optimize operating costs;
Ensure administrative management linked to this activity (validation of invoices, etc.).
