A new office for Extia Romania !

The inauguration of the new office

In June 2022, the new location of our Romanian office was inaugurated. Extia Romania is the first non-French-speaking agency that opened its doors in April 2016 to expand our European presence.

Today, the agency is in full growth and has just moved to new premises at Strada Occidentului 3, Bucharest. This new location hosts more than 80 employees that visit us by rotation whenever they feel that they want to see us or work from an office.

The "French party" is launched

To inaugurate this new place, a “french” party was organized.

All the flavours of France for this evening

Founded in France, Extia has subsequently been expanded abroad in many countries, including Romania. This evening was an opportunity to discover France's culinary talents and have a good time. The Extians were able to taste French specialities.

The menu offered different types of French cheese, deli meats and appetizers. To accompany the meal, there was also a wine degustation: white and red wines from different regions of France. In addition, the Extians put some flags with the name of wine and cheese regions so the people could understand more about the story and origins of each food.

A festive evening for our Extians

In the evening, a group of Extians played music and set the stage on fire! It was a band called “Noroc”, which means “luck” in Romanian. The band is formed of four people working in V.I.E (a French International Experience program) and two are from Extia. Indeed, Extia Romania also welcomes French people who want a secure job abroad for a certain period. They met in Romania and started to play together. During the night, they sang several covers and put some energy into it! This was followed by an improvised karaoke in a good atmosphere.

Some Extians also went in the pool (yes, the new office has a pool where employees can relax on these hot summer days), meanwhile, others were dancing. It was a really good time for all the Romanian team!

Everyone was able to enjoy the new premises in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
