Extia is an agile, learning and committed company, specialising in IT, engineering and digital consultancy.

We are convinced that everyone has a role to play in making the world a better place. This is why we support Extians on a regular basis in their associative and solidarity projects through skills, financial and in-kind sponsorship.

In other words, we provide our technical know-how to our partner associations, as well as financial support through the 1 CV = 1 donation project.

Each year, we receive more than 45,000 applications. This is why we have decided to donate 1€ to an association for each CV received.

Our goal: to make you an actor of our solidarity commitment while giving you a little taste of the Extia experience! It's up to you to choose one of our three partner associations that will benefit from your donation!  

Our partner associations

All our partner associations have been selected by Extians via participative surveys. Every candidate may choose to support one of our three charities!

• Emmaüs Connect helps people in precarious social and digital situations to reconnect with society. The association works on 3 aspects: access to equipment, access to connection resources and support in mastering the tools.
• The Surfrider Foundation protects Europe's oceans for over 30 years. Their main missions are the fight against marine waste, coastal protection and the preservation of water quality.
• Handicap International works with disabled and vulnerable people, acting and speaking out to meet their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

Collaborative approach

Candidates can get involved in the contribution process when they apply for one of our job offers via our website. Once you have completed your application, a confirmation page is displayed, choose the charity and make your donation.

After just eight months, over 1300 € have been collected for these charities. A big thank you to all our candidates!
