Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is dedicated to preventing, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity events. Within the SOC, the Tools, Transformation & Projects (OTP) Team plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing security tools to strengthen our cyber defense capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance security tools, ensuring availability and performance.
  • Analyze and resolve Level 2 and 3 incidents, implementing long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve security operations and automation.
  • Maintain and optimize security applications, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Assess operational risks and manage security tool environments.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and best practices for security integration.
  • Contribute to security automation, optimization, and SLA compliance.
